I have an issue with starting the excel after iinstalling the latest excel addin. It works for the first time and then when we start it again the excel stops to open without error. We tried reinstalling the Office 365 but still the same. Kindly suggest the solution for the same

Before we begin, I need to confirm one thing that affects the troubleshooting steps. Did you install the add‑in using the installer (the setup file), or did you add it manually inside Excel without using the installer?
