1. The exact number or formula you're using with the function.

2. The output you're seeing, and what you would expect instead.

3. Whether you're using Excel in a different language or regional format (e.g., German, French, etc.).

4. If possible, a sample workbook or screenshot showing the issue.

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to dig deeper and provide a fix or workaround.

Thank you for submitting the Excel file — I’ve reviewed it, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my system. One possibility is that the number format on your computer is different from mine due to regional settings (for example, how commas and decimal points are used).

To help me see exactly what you're seeing, could you please send a screenshot of the cell showing the incorrect result? This will let me view the number in its native format on your machine, which is important for understanding how the function is interpreting it.

You can take a screenshot by pressing Print Screen or using Snipping Tool, then paste it into your reply or attach it to the ticket.

Once I have that, I’ll be able to investigate further and work toward a fix.
