Installing add-in on Office 365 Excel

Add-in was installed on my computer but now IT at company has set my computer up to run Office 365 and now we cant get the add-in to install.

Please advise if others has had same problem and what is the remedy

There are users that use the addin successfully with Office 365.

I would suggest doing a Google search using the criteria "excel 365 add in not working"
