Correction of Decimal in rate column

Correction of Decimal in rate column was created by qssel
I imported the WinQS Ascii file but the decimal in the rate column comes out as a . and not a , resulting in a "#VALUE!
" error. How can I fix this please?

Hi there,

Does this problem occur if you import the file into Excel manually as well?
