Good Day,

I have tried sever times to update to the latest version. Everytime I click on the link to the new version it loads and then remain at the same screen.

I run excel 2010.

My addin already expired 2 days ago.

I think I was on version 1.0.1

Which internet browser are you using to download the addin? Internet Explorer, Firefix, Google Chrome or something else?

For a start, let's try clearing the cache in Internet Explorer.

Please refer to this article on Microsoft's website for details on clearing Internet Explorer's cache.

Once the cache has been cleared, return to the download area and try to download the addin again.

Good day, my issue is still not resolved. See below a print screen. This is what happens when I click on the download. I have used both fire fox an IE. RegardsFANIE FOURIE

Unfortunately when you replied via email the screenshot was not included in the message uploaded to the helpdesk on the website.
